This is my Singles' Party Hostess attire. I stressed over what to wear for days. I wanted to take a full body pic, but felt too shy to ask my friends and have to tell them why I wanted it.... so here is the half of me!! Imagine knee length A-line skirt and cute tiny-heeled flip-flop type sandals. The outfit seemed to be a hit.


The twins were very Charlotte York for the night.

Un rendez-vous a l'apres-midi

I had an afternoon date in the Distillery District with a tall, handsome guy from France.
I personally feel more comfortable on first dates when I can wear jeans. How do we feel about these longer T-shirts? I wore the new shoes too... ouch, ouch, ouch! My toes felt all squished... hope they stretch a bit.

Super Synthetics

The truth of the matter is that Vegetarian me has not brought herself to buy leather for over 14 years now. I have a hard hard time finding stylish shoes and purses. I get by, but the shoe situation has reached dire circumstances due to the commencement of lovely weather and my lack of sandals and going-out footwear. Behold! Today at Aldo I had field day with a pair of black heels that I think I can wear with anything and a new little purse that I think is cute. The shoes were a little pricey for non-leather, but hey, I have been buying $30-50 shoes for years (with the exception of running shoes and sporty sandals), I can spend this once.



Does I finally have acceptable footwear for her single urban life on the go?

Holy Clothes

I have a hole in my jeans. They are my favorite pair. Do I:
a) keep wearing them, holes are cool
b) sew/patch it up
c) cut them into daisy duke shorts
d) throw them out if there is a hole in the knee you know its not too long before everything else falls apart!
